This program was designed to meet the training needs of travel and tourism labor market for travel and tourism specialist in accordance with the national vocational standards for travel and tourism specialist.

Training in this program includes computer skills, computer operation systems, as well as skills in the field of automated reservation systems, calculation of air ticket fairs, tourist services, reservation, travel agencies accounts and tourist marketing.
The training program takes 1665 training hours in addition to 420 hours of practical training at the labor market.
The graduates of this section will be awarded  diploma  certificates in travel and tourism.

Objectives: 
The travel and tourism program was designed to provide the trainee with necessary skills and information to enable him work in booking, issuing tickets and travel documents at level 4 of the national vocational qualifications standard.

الهدف العام للبرنامج: يهدف هذا البرنامج إلي تزويد المتدرب بالمهارات والمعلومات اللازمة لممارسة العمل في مؤسسات الضيافة علي المستوي الرابع من نظام المؤهلات المهنية الوطنية . الأهداف التفصيلية للبرنامج: بنهاية هذا البرنامج يكون المتدرب قادراً وبكفاءة على أداء الأعمال التالية: 1. القدرة علي التعامل مع طلبات الحجز وتنفيذها بدقة 2. تجهيز قسم الاستقبال للعمل وطباعة التقارير 3. استقبال الضيوف والترحيب بهم 4. تنفيذ مهام التسجيل والتسكين للأفراد والمجموعات السياحية 5. تنمية مبيعات الغرف والفندق 6. تلقي طلبات الضيوف وتنفيذها بكفاءة 7. تنفيذ إجراءات المغادرة للإفراد والمجموعات السياحية 8. التنسيق والتعاون مع الأقسام ذات العلاقة بقسم المكاتب الأمامية الرابط    الحقائب التدريبية لتخصص الفندقة
