Using Authentic material in the English language classroom
As an English language teacher at college level , I find it very useful to share authentic material with students. it can be used in several ways. it can help enrich students experience if used wisely.
Authentic material can be newspaper, magazine articles, or websites or other sources, written by native speakers for native speakers. It can also be a in the form of video or audio. Exposing the language leaner to authentic material can help prepare the him for the real world.
